Najla Wehbe Dipp is the founder of Three Palms Property Management and the company’s broker of record. A licensed California real estate broker, she built Three Palms as the property management side of her real estate work, after years spent directly with owners, buyers, and sellers across San Diego County and Baja California.
Coming from the real estate side first gave Najla a clear view of what owners actually worry about: vacancy, upkeep, and whether anyone is really paying attention to their property. That perspective shapes how Three Palms runs, small by design, responsive, and close enough to every property to catch problems early.
As founder and broker of record, Najla oversees the company’s direction, its owner relationships, and the standard of service across the portfolio. She works in both English and Spanish, which matters across Chula Vista, Bonita, Coronado, San Diego, and La Jolla, where many owners and residents would simply rather do business in Spanish.

Monica Marquez Morales is the Co-Founder of Three Palms Property Management, where she is dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants throughout San Diego County. With more than six years of experience in property management, she has successfully overseen residential properties, coordinated maintenance and renovations, managed tenant relations, and helped property owners maximize the value of their investments. She combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to ensure every property is managed with professionalism and care.
Originally trained as an attorney in Mexico, Monica earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law before relocating to the United States. Her legal background provides her with a solid understanding of contracts, compliance, and problem-solving, skills that are invaluable in the property management industry.
In California, Monica has continued expanding her professional expertise by becoming a California Notary Public, Immigration Consultant, and Licensed Insurance Producer. Her diverse professional background, combined with her extensive property management experience, enables her to provide comprehensive support to homeowners, investors, and tenants while navigating every aspect of residential property management.
Monica believes that successful property management is built on clear communication, integrity, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Whether working with first-time landlords or experienced real estate investors, her goal is to protect her clients’ investments while providing outstanding service and creating positive experiences for both owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling, discovering new destinations, embracing new adventures, exploring different cuisines, and creating meaningful memories with her family. She believes that experiencing new cultures and perspectives enriches both her personal life and the way she connects with the people she serves.
Born and raised in San Diego, Jason Downs brings a strong background in finance, banking, and property management to Three Palms Property Management. He earned his degree in Business Finance from San Diego State University and has spent much of his career working in financial operations, asset management, compliance, and financial services.
Jason has always had a strong attention to detail and a practical approach to managing finances. His experience with financial transactions, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory requirements provides a strong foundation for overseeing the financial side of Three Palms.
As CFO, Jason oversees the company’s financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and financial planning. He works closely with the Three Palms team and property owners to maintain accurate records, responsible financial practices, and clear communication.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, camping, and staying active, making the most of the outdoors and exploring new places with his family.
Chas Dearie is the Chief Marketing Officer of Three Palms Property Management and the founder of Dearie Digital, a San Diego marketing agency. He leads how Three Palms reaches owners and residents: the website, the bilingual search presence, the CRM, and the follow-up systems behind them.
His focus is the part of property management that owners rarely see but always feel: how quickly an inquiry gets answered, how easy it is to find what you need, and whether the process still holds together as the portfolio grows.
As CMO, Chas sets the marketing direction for Three Palms and works with Najla and the team to keep the company’s message and its service consistent.
